Job summary

The position covers collaboration with IT teams, use of diagnostic tools, and ensuring security and uptime. Salary is $60,000–$75,000 per year with standard 8am–5pm hours and ongoing on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Proficient in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs and subnetting.
• Proficient in PBX/VoIP and telephony protocols (SIP, H.323, RTP).
• Experience with monitoring tools and network/voice management systems.
• Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, ACLs, and security for voice systems.
• Ability to configure routers, switches, IP phones, gateways.
• Strong problem-solving skills for network and voice issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to stay updated with new technologies; adaptable.
• Team-oriented, collaborative with IT professionals.

Responsibilities

• Network Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve network issues with logs and diagnostics.
• Voice System Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain PBX/VoIP systems.
• Use of company Toolsets: Analyze data and optimize performance.
• Integration of Network and Voice Systems: Collaborate with IT teams for seamless integration.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor network and voice performance for uptime.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure security standards and audits.
• On-call Responsibility: Participate in after-hours support and escalation.
• System Documentation: Document configurations and changes for future reference.
• User Support: Provide technical support and manage user accounts.
