Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Network Troubleshooting: resolve network issues with logs and tests.
• Voice System Maintenance: install and support PBX/VoIP.
• Use of company Toolsets to monitor performance.
• Integrate voice with network infrastructure.
• Performance Monitoring and uptime optimization.
• On-call rotation for after-hours support.
• Create system documentation.
• Provide end-user support for network and voice issues.
