Motorola Solutions in the United States is seeking a Field Engineer to design, implement, and support advanced communication systems with heavy travel (>75%). The role blends RF engineering with IT networking, requiring strong communication and the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include system design, onsite and remote configuration, installation oversight, troubleshooting, acceptance testing, and reporting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in LMR, RF Systems, Radio Communications, or IT.
• Experience with RF systems and networking hardware is preferred.
• Ability to travel >75% and work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, test, optimize, cutover and document communication systems.
• Remote and onsite configuration of networks, servers, RF and databases.
• Oversee onsite installation and provide as-built documentation.
• Troubleshoot networks, servers, databases, and RF infrastructure.
• Perform acceptance testing and system optimization using FCC data.
