Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Field Engineer to implement complex communications system infrastructure and provide remote and on-site support. The role requires collaboration with Systems Engineering, Project Management, and Sales to design, implement, test, and document advanced systems that meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, configuration, testing, and creating final documentation packages while coordinating with the customer and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in a technical or engineering discipline and 4+ years of technical or engineering experience.
• OR 6+ years technical or engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, optimize, test, cutover, and document advanced communication systems for customers.
• Provide weekly activity reports and accomplishments.
• Oversee onsite installation of network, server, and RF equipment with as-built documentation.
