Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Construction Management or Construction Engineering OR other related engineering or business discipline with interest in construction
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with all levels of an organization
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers with day-to-day activities such as drawing coordination, safety reports, daily logs and reports, progress photos, quality assurance and site communication and coordination
• Assist with estimating by contacting subcontractors and completing quantity take-off
• Quality control assistance
• Assist with schedule evaluations and updates
• Assist project buyout and preconstruction
• Interact with clients and design team as needed to resolve issues and expedite the work
• Attend site visits for new projects
• Assist with project budget management
• Provide Safety assistance while on job sites
• Other duties as assigned
