Job summary

Teal Energi is seeking a Field Engineer to support industrial construction projects within its Industrial Group in the United States. You will act as a bridge between project management and field teams, providing technical guidance, planning support, and progress tracking to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery with quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or civil engineering, construction management, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of multidisciplinary project engineering or construction support experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of industrial construction experience; preferred in power, pulp and paper, chemical processing.

Responsibilities

• Support project scope development, estimates, contract documentation, and construction planning activities.
• Coordinate daily field operations with owners, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure schedules, budgets, and quality requirements are met.
• Participate in project meetings, planning sessions, and coordination efforts to facilitate successful project delivery.
• Track project progress and productivity metrics; assist with earned value assessments and progress payments.
