Job summary

Teal Energi seeks an experienced technical professional to support deployment, startup, validation and performance assessment of advanced industrial energy systems at customer locations worldwide.

You will serve as the primary technical liaison during project phases, working with engineering, field service, commissioning, and customer stakeholders to identify issues, implement solutions, and drive product improvement through field experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical discipline as listed.
• Several years of experience in field engineering, equipment commissioning, or industrial troubleshooting.
• Experience diagnosing mechanical, electrical, or control-system issues.
• Strong understanding of industrial equipment and operational testing methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support startup, commissioning, and operational readiness at customer sites.
• Perform field verification of new products, upgrades, and software changes.
• Evaluate equipment performance under real-world conditions and document results.
• Conduct testing procedures and validation protocols for reliability and function.
