Teal Energi is seeking a Project Engineering Coordinator to support capital projects, process improvements, and plant expansion initiatives. You will coordinate engineering activities from concept through implementation, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related engineering discipline preferred.
• 4+ years of engineering experience within manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Experience supporting capital projects and project execution in a plant/manufacturing setting.
• Experience with engineering drawings, equipment specs, and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering projects from planning through startup and completion.
• Support facility expansion, process optimization, and equipment upgrade initiatives.
• Develop project scopes, technical specs, engineering packages, and process documentation.
• Track project schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Assist with implementation of new products, processes, and production capabilities.
• Review engineering drawings, design documents, calculations, and vendor information.
• Provide technical coordination between internal teams and external contractors.
• Identify opportunities to improve asset reliability and plant performance.
• Participate in risk assessments, safety reviews, and change management.
