Qualifications

• 1-3 years of computer support or desktop support experience.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and support desktop and laptop computers.
• Provide hardware and software troubleshooting and repair.
• Reload, re-image, and optimize computer systems as needed.
• Support printers, network devices, servers, and peripheral equipment.
• Document and update incidents and service requests in the ticketing system.
• Ensure compliance with customer service level agreements.
