Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year computer support experience.
• Ability to install, diagnose and repair desktop hardware and software.
• Experience with servers, printers and network devices.

Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, maintain and service computer-related products at customer sites or depots.
• Provide hardware and software support for desktops, laptops and servers.
• Maintain and support legacy products and enterprise storage devices.
• Perform deployments, moves, adds and changes as required.
• Test PCs, networks and client applications and ensure SLAs.
