Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Project Engineer 2 to support field-based execution on construction projects. The role aligns with the field supervision career track and emphasizes self-perform work, QA/QC, and collaboration with foremen, journeymen and subcontractors.

The candidate will participate in on-site activities, monitor crew size, manage punch lists and assist in documentation and reporting to support project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• 2+ years construction experience.
• In lieu of degree, equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Participates in safety and quality planning and mentoring others.
• Assists with estimates, schedules and daily logs.
• Supports site activities including progress reports and look ahead schedules.
• Maintains documentation, drawings and subcontractor coordination.
• Supports project administration in CMiC and related tools.
