Job summary

Kiewit Power Constructors seeks a Field Engineer II to serve as the primary and lead engineer on the project, reporting to the Project Manager. You will oversee field and office engineering, safety, reporting, and planning across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include interpretation of drawings, quantity takeoffs, surveying support, and coordinating material deliveries while ensuring quality and ethics on every task.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' construction field experience.
• Ability to read and analyze engineering plans and specs.
• Willingness to relocate and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings and specifications for field crews.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and measurements.
• Prepare work plans and packages.
• Support field surveying and layout on project sites.
• Compile daily labor timesheets and reports.
• Assist in Job Hazard Analyses (JHA) and safety reviews.
• Coordinate material deliveries and subcontractor work.
• Plan, schedule and supervise on-site activities.
