Job summary

JE Dunn Construction's Advanced Facilities Group is seeking a Project Engineer 2 in Oregon to support routine construction and field execution across industrial projects. You will work with the project team on safety, QA/QC, estimating, schedules, and documentation to understand the building process and JE Dunn's standards.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in construction management or related field, plus 2+ years of construction experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered in lieu of the above requirements.
• 2+ years construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Participates in safety, quality plans and culture with mentoring others.
• Participates in QA/QC planning to ensure quality for tasks.
• Assists with estimates, schedules, work plans and daily logs.
• Supports on-site activities with project team (crew size, hours, materials).
• Prepares and disseminates documentation; participates in project meetings.
• Tracks progress reports and procurement/logs; supports scheduling.
• Supports project close-out: manuals, drawings, punch lists.
