Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on technical experience in IT or field engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments, virtualization, and networking.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned customer sites.
- Plan, coordinate, and complete software installations, upgrades, and hardware configurations.
- Troubleshoot issues related to software, firmware, and hardware.
- Develop and manage project plans and ensure timely execution.
- Provide post-installation support to preserve system stability and customer happiness.
- Collaborate to meet regulatory and operational requirements.
- Document processes and create detailed reports for continuous improvement.
- Manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Travel up to 75% to support client locations and project activities.
