Aristocrat is seeking a Field Engineer I to join our team, delivering end-to-end technical support across customer sites including software installations, upgrades, and hardware configurations. You will troubleshoot issues, develop project plans, and help ensure system stability while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role emphasizes collaboration, problem-solving, and adherence to regulatory and operational requirements, with travel up to 75% to client locations.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of relevant technical experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments, virtualization, and networking concepts.
  • Experience with database administration and enterprise networking technologies.
  • Familiarity with clustered servers, containers (Kubernetes), and SAN environments is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
  • Technical certifications such as A+, Network+, Microsoft, or Cisco are a plus.
  • Experience in casino or gaming environments is helpful but not required.
  • Must be eligible to acquire relevant gaming licenses, including Tribal Gaming Licenses.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. during hardware installation.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.

Work Environment

Work is performed in office, customer site, and lab environments. This role requires some exposure to active casino gaming floors.
