Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotation; assist in technical proposals and contracts.
• Coordinate project activities; establish priorities and staff; monitor progress and resolve field issues.
• Oversee project controls; check contractor schedules and progress.
• Review submittals; develop strategies with the contractor to conform to schedule.
• Implement the project delivery plan using SDA; lead development and execution of the project management plan; mentor team.
• Provide interpretation of contract plans and enforce specs; develop submittal strategies with contractors.
• Confirm change order requests; develop estimates; negotiate costs; write change orders.
• Provide cost control and quality control within discipline.
• Assist with business development and client relationships for strategic projects.
