HNTB is seeking a senior engineer to lead complex infrastructure projects across the United States. You will apply senior-level technical expertise, manage scope and budget, mentor team members, and collaborate with clients and partners on multi-disciplinary efforts.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Engineering with 8+ years of experience (or a Master’s with 7+ years, or a PhD with 6+ years) and may pursue professional licensure (PE) or AICP depending on discipline.

• Develops scope of work and level of effort and manages adherence to scope and budget.
• Oversees completeness and accuracy of team work within the discipline.
• Provides technical guidance and mentoring to team members.
