Job summary

Responsibilities

• Inspect and document work in progress to ensure conformance with schedule, plans, and contract documents.
• Advise Contractor superintendent of necessary actions to ensure conformance with plan and specs.
• Review and resolve quantity disputes with contractor.
• Coordinate schedules and approve timecards; lead and mentor junior staff on inspection practices.
• Perform on-site material testing and produce as-constructed sketches.
