Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotation; assist in preparing technical proposals and contracts.
• Coordinate project activities, set priorities, staff to jobs; prepare daily activity summaries and monitor progress.
• Oversee project controls; check contractor progress and schedules; coordinate with constructors and architects/engineers.
• Review submittals; develop strategies for submittal packages aligned with schedule requirements.
• Implement SDA; develop and execute project management plans; mentor team and manage non-compliant work.
• Provide interpretation of contract plans; negotiate change orders; manage cost control and quality control.
• Partner with client service leaders to support business development and pursuits for major projects.
