Job summary

HNTB Corporation is seeking a seasoned construction management professional to oversee field construction administration and engineering services on diverse projects, typically up to $10M in value. You will manage scope, budgets, and schedules while leading teams to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 12 years of relevant experience, plus strong leadership, proposal development, and client-relations skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or relevant degree and 8 years relevant experience.
• In lieu of education, 12 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotation; assist in technical proposals.
• Coordinate project activities, establish priorities and staff.
• Prepare daily activity summaries and monitor progress against schedule.
• Resolve field issues and coordinate with Architects and Engineers for RFIs.
