Qualifications

Entry-level position normally requires a four-year construction-related degree or equivalent technical/field experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and collaboration skills to interface with project teams.

Responsibilities

Assist Project Engineer with drawings, submittals, change orders, RFl's and meeting minutes; help write change orders and follow up on RFl's.
Support the project management plan and change management processes; assist in budgeting and cost control activities.
Assist in BIM coordination between subcontractors and designers; support LEED documentation efforts as needed.
Provide weekly quantities and maintain logs to support project cost tracking and reporting.
