Lithko is seeking an entry-level Project Engineer to learn concrete construction on the job site. A dedicated manager and mentors will guide your growth and quickly advance your career within Lithko. PEs are often promoted within a year of starting.

The role emphasizes hands-on performance, safety, quality, and collaboration with teams, with opportunities across numerous Lithko locations and ongoing training through our integration program.

Qualifications

• You must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.
• You will complete a degree in Construction Management, Concrete Industry Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field before your start date, or have equivalent work or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand the project scope, schedule, safety and quality with mentors.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives and track progress.
• Manage daily safety, quality, and execution of work objectives.
• Learn through hands-on performance with project teams and integration program.
• Perform tasks such as estimating, field engineering, formwork, inspections, and quantity take-offs.
