Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Field Engineer for the Advanced Facilities Group (AFG). The role supports large Industrial, Data Center, and Semiconductor projects across multiple cities, with emphasis on safety, teamwork, and on-site execution.

As part of the AFG, you will learn company standards, apply equipment methods, and collaborate with foremen, superintendents, and subcontractors to advance critical projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).
• Participation in federally required training or apprenticeship program (Preferred).
• In lieu of above, equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Actively participates in project-specific safety plan and culture.
• Learn and participate in safety culture and injury-free practices.
• Work with tools and perform self-perform tasks embedded in a crew.
• Gain knowledge of company standards and construction techniques hands-on.
• Build relationships with trades, foremen, superintendents and subcontractors.
• Learn functions across the company and how they contribute to success.
• Apply equipment standards for building processes.
• Collaborate with team and demonstrate teamwork.
• Adopt Lean practices in daily activities.
• Participate in weekly work plans and site meetings.
