The role emphasizes learning Lean practices, safety leadership, and collaboration with craft professionals to support turnkey construction projects in industrial sectors. Qualifications

• Degree preferred in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Experience or training through an apprenticeship or equivalent is acceptable.
• 0–2 years of construction experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively participates in the project safety plan and culture.
• Works with tools and completes self-perform tasks with the crew.
• Learns company standards for construction techniques on-site.
• Builds relationships with trades, foremen, superintendents and subcontractors.
• Collaborates with team members and applies Lean practices daily.
