Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Field Engineer for the Advanced Facilities Group (AFG). The role is located across multiple sites, including Kansas City and other U.S. regions, supporting mission critical, advanced industries, and industrial projects.

You will learn company best practices, work with craftsmen, and participate in Lean processes while supporting safety, teamwork, and project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).
• Participation in a federally required training or apprenticeship program (Preferred).
• In lieu of above, equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Actively participates in all aspects of the project safety plan.
• Works with tools and performs self-perform work embedded with a crew.
• Learns company standards for building processes and construction techniques.
• Builds relationships with trades, foremen and project team members.
• Applies Lean practices to daily activities.
• Participates in weekly work plans and site meetings.
