Job summary

Automated Logic, a Carrier Company, is seeking a Field Engineer to own turn-key delivery of DDC systems, including commissioning, sequencing, graphics, and alarms. You will lead a technical team and mentor junior techs, coordinating with project managers to ensure safe, high‑quality outcomes.

The role requires travel as needed and deep proficiency with ALC products and ASHRAE guidelines to deliver high‑performance systems across complex environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must possess a valid, current Driver’s License and be insurable by the company.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Capable of working over 8 feet and using ladders and motorized lift equipment.

Responsibilities

• Turn-Key Delivery: Own install, commissioning, and troubleshooting of DDC systems including sequencing, graphics, and alarms.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor junior techs and advise customers for high-quality outcomes.
• Risk & Coordination: Work with Project Managers to manage risk and ensure clear communication.
• Travel & Flexibility: Travel as needed and adapt to shifting priorities and workloads.
• Proficiency & Growth: Demonstrate proficiency with ALC products and ASHRAE guidelines to deliver safe, high-performance systems.
• Project Integrity: Maintain expert documentation including commissioning logs and progress tracking.
