Job summary

The Cadmus Group LLC seeks a Building Decarbonization Analyst to join our Energy Services team. This role blends hands-on fieldwork with rigorous technical analysis to advance energy efficiency across commercial and industrial facilities, with 2–4 years of experience.

You will spend 1–2 days weekly in the field performing ASHRAE Level 2 audits, data collection, and site staff engagement, while also supporting desk reviews and M&V activities across NY, PA, CT, MA, and NH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience in energy efficiency or building systems.
• Experience with ASHRAE Level 2 audits or field work in commercial/industrial facilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ASHRAE Level 2 energy audits at commercial and industrial facilities.
• Perform field inspections and collect data.
• Support M&V activities and energy savings analysis.
• Prepare technical reports and client presentations.
• Collaborate with nationwide project teams.
