Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 2–4 years of experience.
• Interest in energy, energy efficiency, renewable energy, or EVs.
• Ability to apply statistical methods to data to answer questions.
• Strong written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deliverable-driven environment.
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Valid driver’s license (not required vehicle ownership).

Responsabilidades

• Assist interdisciplinary teams with technical input.
• Develop data analysis pipelines, manage databases, and build visualizations.
• Participate in research to ensure method quality and consistency.
• Occasionally perform site visits to verify measures and collect data.
• Analyze data in Excel or similar tools to identify trends and impacts.
• Document findings in reports and client presentations.
• Independently manage tasks and small teams of engineers.
• Support proposals, client relationships, and business development.
