Cadmus seeks an Energy Engineer to join its Energy Services Division in the United States. You will direct and execute energy projects, lead site visits, analyze data, and quantify energy and emissions impacts across HVAC, electrical, PV, and related systems.

You will communicate findings to clients and stakeholders, manage schedules and budgets, and collaborate across internal teams and external partners. The role emphasizes technical rigor, problem-solving, and clear written and oral

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, industrial engineering or related field.
• Between five (5) to seven (7) years of demonstrated professional experience in the energy sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to communicate complicated issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing deadlines in a fast-paced, deliverable-driven environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with the initiative to work independently on assignments, learn new skills, and mentor colleagues.
• Willingness for regular travel domestically. Typical trips to client sites may be ½ day or full day and within driving distance. Some trips may require air travel and some trips may extend to 1 or 2 weeks duration.

Mansioni

• Lead site visits to support energy projects, collect data, and document conditions.
• Analyze collected data using MS Excel, Python, or R to identify trends and summarize impacts.
• Quantify impacts of energy interventions using engineering/economic analyses.
• Support energy projects across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, PV, BESS, EV, and other systems.
• Prepare and present findings through reports, memos, and presentations to varied audiences.
• Engage clients to scope needs, build partnerships, and implement solutions.
• Manage self and, when needed, small teams, budgets, and timelines for quality deliverables.
• Support business development through client relationships and proposal content.
