Job summary

Cadmus is seeking a Building Decarbonization Analyst to join our Energy Services team in New York. This role blends hands-on fieldwork with technical analysis to advance energy efficiency and decarbonization across commercial and industrial facilities.

You'll spend 1–2 days per week in the field performing ASHRAE Level 2 energy audits and data collection, while also supporting engineering desk reviews, energy savings analysis, and M&V activities across projects in the Northeast.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in energy services or related field.
• Experience conducting ASHRAE Level 2 energy audits in facilities.
• Strong foundation in building energy systems (lighting, HVAC, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Conduct field inspections and data collection at commercial/industrial facilities.
• Perform energy savings analyses and desk reviews.
• Support M&V activities using metered and operational data.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on decarbonization projects.
