PEG, LLC in Hackettstown, NJ is seeking motivated individuals to perform Home Energy Audits and pursue HERS Rater certification, with paid on-the-job training. You will conduct visual inspections, blower door tests, and duct leakage tests to assess energy performance, while coordinating with builders to improve home efficiency within a 100-mile radius from Hackettstown.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• HERS Rater, Energy Star, Green Building, ACCA 310 HVAC Grading, IECC, HVAC EPA, BPI, and LEED certifications are a plus.
• 2 years of work experience in HVAC, home remodeling, or construction is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform Home Energy Audits following RESNET/ Energy Star guidelines including visuals and testing.
• Develop relationships with builders and code officials to support energy efficiency projects.
