Job summary

KARL STORZ Endoscopy - America is seeking an Onsite Endoscopic Specialist to provide hands-on support within hospital environments, ensuring smooth operation of endoscopic equipment and video systems. You will collaborate with OR, SPD, and BioMed teams to maintain readiness and support high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Experience in sterile processing, surgical technology, sales, or other clinical/medical environments.
• Excellent communication with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong organization and time-management abilities with multitasking proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, face-to-face support to OR, SPD, and BioMed teams for seamless use of equipment.
• Set up and support video towers and integrated systems for procedures.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and coordinate replacement of instruments and equipment.
• Transport, clean, sterilize, and prepare surgical instruments for use.
• Manage repair processes and track equipment status; coordinate service transactions.
• Troubleshoot real-time equipment issues in the OR to support procedures.
