KARL STORZ North America is seeking an Onsite Endoscopic Specialist to support OR, SPD, and BioMed teams within hospital settings. You'll set up and troubleshoot endoscopic systems, assist during procedures, and coordinate repairs while ensuring equipment readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, sterile processing, surgical technology, medical device support, sales, customer service, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across clinical teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and reporting tools.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including lifting and transporting equipment up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support and expert service to OR, SPD, and BioMed teams to ensure seamless surgical operations.
• Set up, inspect, and troubleshoot video towers, camera systems, light sources, and other KARL STORZ technologies.
• Support surgical procedures by identifying and resolving equipment-related issues in real time.
• Coordinate repairs, exchanges, and service requests while maintaining visibility into equipment status and inventory.
• Transport, clean, sterilize, package, and inspect surgical instruments to ensure procedural readiness and compliance.
• Build trusted relationships with hospital personnel by delivering exceptional service and technical support.
