You will work with OR, SPD, and BioMed teams to ensure instrument readiness, troubleshoot equipment, and coordinate repairs to keep procedures running smoothly.

This field-based role offers exposure to clinical environments with opportunities across sales, education, and leadership within KARL STORZ.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across departments.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and reporting tools.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to OR, SPD, and BioMed teams for equipment readiness.
• Set up and support KARL STORZ video towers, integrated systems, and endoscopic equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate repairs or exchanges to minimize disruptions.
• Transport, clean, sterilize, inspect, and prepare surgical instruments per hospital standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting on instrument and device status.
