Job summary

Parsons is seeking an Electronics Technician III to support FAA capital programs under the TSSC‑5 contract. The role involves installation, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electronics systems across sites nationwide.

Under limited supervision, you will read schematics, follow FAA orders, and document activities. Occasional travel up to 100% within the USA is required; safety and quality practices are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% within the USA.
• Experience with basic analog and digital electronics.
• Knowledge of RF and communications equipment.
• Experience using standard electronic test equipment (DMMs, scopes, signal generators).

Responsibilities

• Install, relocate, and remove electronic systems and equipment as assigned.
• Troubleshoot and repair systems to unit/board/module level.
• Read and work from schematics, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
• Assist field installations and site work under TSSC‑5.
• Document work activities and maintain logs and test forms.
