Job summary

Parsons is seeking an Electronics Technician III to support the FAA under the TSSC-5 contract. You will perform installation, testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on NAS electronic systems across diverse sites nationwide.

The role requires ability to read schematics, work with test equipment, travel up to 100%, and collaborate with technicians, engineers, and FAA staff to ensure safety and mission success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• May require repetitive movement such as lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, and standing.
• Basic Microsoft suite and Internet, and E-mail.
• Must be able to meet customer security requirements. A background check by federal authorities will be performed.
• Must be able to travel up to 100% within the USA.

Responsibilities

• Install, relocation, and removal of electronic systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair to unit, board, or module level.
• Read and work from schematics and drawings.
• Assist with system power‑up, basic alignment, and functional testing.
• Follow safety, FAA, and Parsons procedures and document activities.
