Job summary

Parsons is seeking an Electronics Technician III to support FAA's NAS through the TSSC-5 contract. The role covers installation, modification, testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on varied electronic systems and equipment nationwide.

Under limited supervision, you will follow procedures, read schematics, and assist senior technicians and engineers on more complex systems. Travel up to 100% within the USA is required.

Qualifications

• Five plus years of working knowledge of basic analog and digital electronics.
• Fundamentals of RF and communications equipment.
• Use of standard electronic test equipment (DMMs, scopes, signal generators).
• Must be able to meet customer security requirements and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic systems in NAS support.
• Perform preventive maintenance and field service tasks.
• Read schematics, wiring diagrams, and manuals to guide work.
• Document work with logs, tickets, and test forms; provide results to engineers.
• Follow safety, FAA/Parsons policies, and site procedures.
