Job summary

Parsons seeks an Electronics Technician III to support the FAA under the TSSC-5 contract. You will install, modify, test, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electronic systems across the NAS, traveling nationwide as needed.

Under limited supervision, you will read schematics, use test equipment, document actions, and collaborate with senior technicians and FAA representatives while adhering to safety, security, and QA procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% within the USA.
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Experience with electronic test equipment (DMMs, scopes, signal generators).
• Ability to work safely and follow procedures.
• Background check by federal authorities will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, test, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on NAS electronic systems.
• Read and follow schematics, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
• Document work activities, logs, and test results.
• Coordinate with senior technicians, engineers, project managers, and FAA counterparts to support project objectives.
