Job summary

SEYSES, an international engineering and construction company, is seeking an Electrical Supervisor for a utility-scale PV project based in Dallas, Texas. The role is field-based and focuses on supervising electrical works to meet approved engineering docs, project specs, safety, and schedule requirements.

The Electrical Supervisor will coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams, ensuring quality control and safety compliance while maintaining project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Industrial Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in renewable energy projects (utility-scale PV preferred).
• Experience supervising electrical works in PV plants and interpreting SLDs and layouts.
• Full availability to work on-site in Dallas, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Approve electrical works procedures and safety measures.
• Supervise electrical works to ensure compliance with engineering and project specs.
• Coordinate electrical activities with other project disciplines and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress and report delays, safety concerns, or quality deviations.
• Prepare progress and performance reports for project control.
• Support commissioning activities of the PV plant.
