Job summary

ADP, Inc. seeks an Electrical Superintendent to lead on-site electrical construction for utility-scale solar projects in the United States. You will direct electrical crews, coordinate with project management, and ensure compliance with NEC, NESC, and NFPA 70E.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in electrical construction, 3+ years in supervision, MV 15kV–35kV experience, and proficiency with Procore and MS Project; strong leadership and communication is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; technical degree or electrical trade school preferred.
• 7+ years electrical construction experience; 3+ years supervising utility-scale solar projects.
• Experience with MV power systems (15kV–35kV) and large PV installations.
• Deep knowledge of NEC, NESC, NFPA 70E and industry standards.
• Able to read one-line diagrams, schematics, and electrical plans.
• Proficient with construction software (Procore, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews and subcontractors during installation of solar modules and MV systems.
• Enforce safety policies per OSHA and NFPA 70E; conduct toolbox talks.
• Perform on-site quality checks and ensure documentation of tests.
• Maintain project schedule with PM and coordination with other trades.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress and safety reports.
