Interstates is hiring for an on-site Field Leader in Brainerd, MN, to direct a crew on industrial electrical projects. You will manage safety, budgets, and relationships with clients while coordinating field activities and mentoring teammates.

This role requires 3–15 person leadership, travel within the locale, and a state journeyman license. Work schedule varies by site; overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

On-site industrial electrical project experience required.
Experience leading a crew.
Desire to build a team and culture.
State-issued journeyman electrician's license (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

Lead a field team of 3–15 people and work on-site as needed.
Oversee cost, schedule and productivity to meet project goals.
Uphold safety standards and drive safety culture on site.
Communicate with onsite clients and trades to coordinate work.
Mentor and develop team members for growth.
Understand project plans and ensure execution aligns with the plan.
Demonstrate broad electrical/construction knowledge.
