Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Field Engineer to provide full lifecycle support to AWS Data Centers from design inception through site improvement and maintenance.

You will lead design reviews, troubleshoot failures, and work with cross-functional teams to enhance capacity, availability, and efficiency. Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of engineering experience in mission critical facilities and a relevant electrical engineering degree.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industrial or commercial engineering experience in mission critical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Review design and equipment submittals for new Data Centers in your region.
• Troubleshoot, conduct RCA and produce corrective action documentation for site/equipment failures.
• Support operational issues with ad-hoc training and SOP reviews.
