Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in the United States seeks an EHS Coordinator to partner with operations, analyze processes, and drive safety and environmental improvements. You will work with management to identify hazards, train staff, and help implement best practices across crews.

This role emphasizes on-floor leadership (70-80% on the floor), incident investigations, and ensuring regulatory compliance, with support from regional managers and EHS leaders, offering opportunities for career growth

Qualifications

• 1+ year in EHS/manufacturing with EHS responsibility.
• Excellent communication across departments.
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA CFR 1910.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a strong on-the-floor presence coaching all levels toward safe behaviors.
• Investigate incidents and establish corrective actions to eliminate hazards.
• Coordinate with Area EHS Manager to maintain safety programs and tracking.
• Deliver health and safety training including onboarding and competency testing.
• Assist in developing safe operating procedures and PPE procurement.
