Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking an EHS Coordinator to oversee the safety program for TAS field service and commissioning teams. The role requires extensive travel and a strong field presence to promote a proactive safety culture and safe execution of aftermarket services.

The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and supervise EHS programs across multiple sites, ensure OSHA compliance, and work with project teams to maintain high safety standards while traveling domestically as needed.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience developing and leading a safety program in construction and/or modular installation environments in multiple states.
• Proven track record of collaborating with various construction disciplines on safety matters.
• OSHA 30 Certification

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee an EHS program for TAS project commissioning and service sites.
• Travel to job sites to coordinate with client safety teams and align safety plans.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable regulations at all sites.
• Work with project managers and field engineers to implement TAS and client safety programs.
• Conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations across sites.
• Train site personnel on JSA programs and maintain safety records.
