Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking an experienced EHS Supervisor to lead safety programs across multiple sites. You will enforce OSHA, EPA, and TAS standards, drive audits, manage incident investigations, and coordinate training across departments.

The role emphasizes a strong safety culture, regulatory reporting, and coordination with operations to sustain safe and compliant facilities nationwide.

Qualifications

• 10 years of EHS manufacturing, construction, or general industry environments.
• OSHA trainings for General Industry (5+ years)
• OSHA certifications listed (OSHA 30, OSHA 511, OSHA 501, OSHA 2455, OSHA 3095, OSHA 521, OSHA 2264)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs aligned with OSHA, EPA and TAS standards.
• Lead site EHS audits, inspections, and incident investigations with root cause analysis.
• Coordinate risk assessments and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) to mitigate hazards.
• Deliver EHS training for employees, managers, and contractors.
• Manage workers’ compensation processes and document control for compliance.
• Collaborate with operations, HR, and other departments to sustain a strong safety culture.
• Prepare and submit required EHS reports to regulatory agencies (ISNetworld, AVETTA).
