Inspire Medical Systems, Inc. is seeking a Field Training & Education Manager to develop and execute field education strategies that strengthen commercial capabilities and grow referral pipelines.

You will lead onboarding, certification, and advanced curriculum for the Therapy Development Representative (TDR) organization, translating priorities into engaging learning experiences. The role collaborates across Sales, Marketing, Medical Education, Outcomes, Reimbursement, and other teams to align

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree with related experience.
• Experience in instructional design and adult learning methodologies required.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver field education programs across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and delivers field education programs using adult learning principles.
• Owns onboarding, certification, and continuing education for the TDR organization.
• Creates scalable learning experiences, playbooks, tools, and resources for referral development and field execution.
• Translates strategic priorities into practical training and coaching solutions.
• Leads content development across instructor‑led, virtual, digital, and field formats.
• Partners with Sales, Marketing, Medical Education, Outcomes, Reimbursement, and other stakeholders.
• Establishes and manages field reinforcement initiatives and post‑training applications.
• Evaluates learning effectiveness through assessments and adoption metrics.
• Identifies and scales field best practices to improve execution.
• Leads cross‑functional projects to drive alignment from strategy to field execution.
