Reflow Medical, Inc. is seeking a US Peripheral Training and Therapy Development Manager to lead education and training for peripheral vascular therapies. You will build scalable training programs for physicians, fellows, sales teams, and clinical specialists while shaping therapy strategies that align with the U.S.

market. As a clinical educator and SME, you will partner with KOLs to deliver peer-to-peer education, translate complex data into actionable messaging, and drive adoption through

• Experience designing and delivering clinical training programs.
• Ability to develop scalable curricula for physicians, sales teams and specialists.
• Strong collaboration with KOLs and cross-functional partners.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and execution of a comprehensive U.S. training strategy for peripheral vascular therapies.
• Develop structured curricula for physicians, fellows, sales reps, and clinical staff.
• Establish competency frameworks, certifications, and assessment tools.
• Define KPIs to measure and improve training effectiveness.
• Deliver hands-on physician training, workshops, and proctorships.
