Job summary

Saluda Medical is seeking a Field Clinical Engineer – Training Leader to scale clinical education across territories, enabling staff to independently cover cases and achieve certified competency.

Reporting to Sales Training & Enablement, you will design repeatable training programs, own regional content, and partner with Marketing, Clinical, and Education to drive durable therapy outcomes for Evoke and ECAP‑guided programming.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design and deliver structured training programs.
• Experience scaling knowledge across field teams is highly valued.
• Strong communication and analytical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured, repeatable training programs for Territory Managers and center staff.
• Own regional training content, proctoring, and certification pathways with Sales Training & Enablement.
• Build rep confidence and clinical fluency on Evoke and ECAP‑guided programming.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Professional Education, and Clinical teams to create enablement assets.
• Provide in‑field development and onboarding for new hires with clear competency milestones.
