The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a senior trainer to prepare, conduct, and monitor training for beauty advisors/consultants across brands. You will evaluate performance, manage training schedules, and maintain up-to-date materials on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Responsibilities include partnering with Brand and Marketing teams, managing the training budget, and leading staff development and coaching to achieve high standards and consistent results.

• Prepares, conducts, and monitors training for beauty advisors/consultants.
• Evaluate performance of beauty advisors to maintain knowledge standards.
• Develops and manages training schedules and materials.
• Liaises with Brand, Marketing, Sales to align training with programs.
• Leads and mentors staff; supports hiring decisions and coaching.
