The Estée Lauder Companies is a leading luxury beauty house with brands worldwide. This role focuses on sales support, education, and in-store program execution with a primary in-store coaching responsibility.

Spend ~70% of time in-store coaching Beauty Advisors, driving product knowledge, delivering brand storytelling, and ensuring premium customer experiences across travel retail counters.

Qualifications

• BA degree with minimum 3 years relevant experience in travel retail preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel; strong presentation skills.
• Experience with virtual tools (Zoom, Skype) and in-person presentations.
• Excellent organization, communication, and customer-facing sales skills.
• Willingness to travel and proven sales track record.

Responsibilities

• Review retail sales targets and performance of each door monthly.
• Analyze performance vs. objectives, trends, and competition.
• Generate sales reports and ensure brand standards in-store.
• Coordinate and execute promotions and in-store programs.
• Coach Beauty Advisors to meet sales goals and brand stories.
